1.1 INFORMATION OF COMPANY

HC Care is a private company that established on 5 January 2015 by Muhammad Luqman and his four partners, NurAmriena, Auni ‘Afifah, NurAzni and Nurfaizah with the business’s main purpose on providing children care or nursery service and early childhood education which concern the safety, education, and Islamic environment. These elements are the essential things that should be emphasized since the childhood. The idea of establishment of the HC Care was blaze after one of the partners evoked an issue of the working parents in choosing an appropriate place or nursery to send their children when they are working.

Due to this problem, a sophisticated and safety nursery was formed under the HC Care Company after the discussion and agreement among all the partners. All the partners agreed to become general partners mean all will invest and contribute capital to the business and have full responsibility in operating the service. We are strongly motivated to contribute to the early childhood education for the young generation.

HC Care Company is a license organization under the supervision of Social Welfare Department (JabatanKebajikanMasyarakat). Our vision is to inspire and empower kids to become model citizen and leaders committed to Islamic teachings, life-long learning and we strive to serve needs of families and children by providing comprehensive children care service. We promise to furnish a safe, comfortable, nurturing environment and expose them with the Islamic environment that enable them to achieve excellence and prepare them to be morally and socially responsible citizen guided by Islamic teachings. We provide curriculum that inspires life-long term and prepares children for success in school. To become more effectively, we must ensure the dedicated and highly trained professional staff. Besides, we also provide community and public policy leadership in early childhood education.

1.2 INTRODUCTION OF SERVICE

            Hannan Caliphs Nursery is established knowing that children need right care while their parents are working and they also require the early childhood education. In preparing this service, we attempt to ensure the excellent facilities and services are provided and always put the Islamic environment and teachings as the significant things. We believe that there is a gold mine in every child, when polished and educated in the light of AlQuran and AsSunnah, the child will be able to live his full potential towards successful life in this world and hereafter.

            Seven staffs will be hired to operate our nursery. Every staff is trained before they start working in our nursery in a training program that had organized by our company to ascertain the commitment and good performance in their job. There are many facilities are provided to create safe and conducive environment such as playground, playroom, classroom with air conditioner, kitchen, restroom, computer lab, toilet, management office, complete furniture and books. In addition Hannan Caliphs Nursery also provides CCTV for the security and safety of the children and environment.

To make sure the nursery is interesting, many appropriate activities were arranged. The outdoor activities consist of morning-exercises, planting, fire drill, sport day, nature walk and visiting program. While the indoor activities include the Islamic lesson, Quran memorization class, craft activity, basic learning, monthly medical treatment, computer class, leadership skill class, and ethical class. These are the beginning to prepare the children towards fulfilling the duties as the slave of Allah, Khalifah of Allah, and Ummat of Prophet Muhammad PBUH. Hannan Caliphs Nursery operates in Monday until Friday from 7.30 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. For the beginning, our nursery only accepts 60 children at the age 3 months until 6 years old.

1.3 HOW THIS SERVICE CAN SOLVE THE SOCIETY’S PROBLEM

            As we know, working parents nowadays do not have enough time to take care of their children during their working time and this will become a form of negligence. Sometime parents also do not know the appropriated and trusted place to send their children when they are not around for the children. They also want to ensure that their kids get the best and excellent service of early childhood education for their future life. Other than that, parents do not believe other people to observe their children due to a lot of abuse and kidnap cases among the children were reported.

            Regarding to these issues, most of the parents tend to send their children to their parents’ home because there is the most safety place for their children to stay with. However, this can be burdened for them since they are too old to take care of their grandchildren. Besides, a few of them bring their children to the workplace together because no one will look after their children. Furthermore, there are spouses supposed to decide either the wife or the husband should quit from their jobs to look after their children. Some of the parents also claim that the early childhood education institution not give a good guidance as their children are wrongdoings.

            As the solution, we try to prepare a conspicuous nursery and early childhood education to fulfill and satisfy the children needs. Hannan Caliph Nursery always put the safety, education, and Islamic environment as the prior of the service. Our service strives to serve the efficient facilities and we try to give our full efforts to develop the children’s ability. Thus, parents do not have to worry about their children’s safety due to our convenient service.

1.4 CHARACTERISTICS OF THE HANNAN CALIPH NURSERY

There are many features that make our service interesting:

1. RM10 from the monthly fee, will be contribute to their saving respectively. Thus, they will have their own saving since early age.

2. Our main goal is to produce Quranic generations. At least they can memorize regular verses from Al- Qur'an after graduate from this nursery.

3. Parents will get a card from our nursery as a proof that their children are save with us.  The function of this card is as a validity of the guardian.  The parents need to show the card when they pick up their children from nursery.

4. Every parent who registered will get the private code of the CCTV, thus they can monitor or observe their children anytime.

5.Furthermore, our nursery  provide a special van service for the children and we will pick up the children from the age of  5 years old to 8 years old direct their house. So, it gives advantages to parents because they no need to send their children and save their time.

6. There is free monthly health treatment. We deal with Health Ministry to provide this special service for children.

7. We also create our own learning application known as H-Aulad Learning. Children will be introduced with the usage of the application through the computers. Children will use this application during their lesson time.

8. We also encourage children to perform their talents through the public speaking activities such as debate, speech, choral speaking, poems, and etc.This will enhance their self-confidence level.

9. We give a special training to our workers to ensure our nursery give the best and the great service.

10. Every three months, we will conduct a counseling event by involving the parents and their kids.
